Important: All products are suitable for adult collectors only. THEREFORE, THEY ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN.

Intellectual Property: All products offered for sale have been designed, mastered and manufactured by Steve Cook of RepliCast Miniatures and are copyrighted. Reproduction from any of these items is strictly forbidden and all rights are reserved. No part of any catalogue, printed material or website may be reproduced in any form or, by any means, without the written permission of RepliCast Miniatures.

Availability: Products are normally available from stock and dispatched within 10 days of payment receipt. Painted items can take a little longer. We reserve the right to alter or replace products at any time. All sizes are approximate.

Variations of Colour and Finish: Please note that our products are individually handmade and painted, therefore, colours and finishes may vary.

Guarantee: Products dispatched leave our premises in perfect condition and are packaged with great care by ourselves. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or refund.

Prices: Prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling but exclude postage and packing. Overseas Customers can use the Currency Selection situated at the top right hand side of the page, rates are updated daily.

Please Note: You are responsible for any import duty that may be incurred.

Post & Packing:
For UK Mainland only; postage and packing is charged at the following rates:
Orders up to £49.99 - add £3.95
Orders from £50 to £149.99 - add £6.95
Orders over £150 are postage free

Overseas Shipping: We will contact you when your order total including shipping & packaging costs have been calculated, please do not send any payment before this has been confirmed.

Methods of payment:

From Within The UK: Paypal is our preferred method of payment. Postal Orders should be made payable to RepliCast Miniatures.

International Customers: Payment is acceptable by PayPal. All payments should be made in Pounds Sterling. Remember that we will contact you before sending any payment when your order total including shipping & packaging costs have been calculated.

Dispatch: Goods are normally dispatched within 10 days of payment being received. If your parcel has not arrived within 28 days of your order confirmation please do not hesitate to contact us.

Returns: If you are dissatisfied with any of our products please contact us within 7 days to arrange return, replacement or refund. Goods must be returned in their original packing.

Damage and Shortages: Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of any damaged or shortages/error in your order. We will replace damaged items and any shortages will be rectified at no cost to you.
